Please complete the form below of the case you would like to refer to Charlotte, and she will be in contact throughout the process to ensure the highest care is provided.

A behavioural report will be sent to you after the introductory consultation has taken place with the pets owner, and regular reports will be sent to ensure every person is up to date on the clients progress.

Charlotte understands her expertise is limited to behavioural support only, and will contact the clients veterinary surgeon if the case requires further/ongoing medical intervention (as in line with the CCAB's Code of Conduct).
