Training Consultations
Service Description
The training consultations are designed to help you achieve your dogs training goals on a 1 to 1 basis. Topics covered include puppy training, loose lead walking, recall, toilet training, fair play, and others! You will learn the importance of why your dog will need to have these skills and how to communicate to your dog successfully! Please note: an introductory consultation is required prior to using this service. If your dog is fearful of people, please contact Charlotte to discuss the extent of your dogs fear to identify if this service is right for your situation!
Cancellation Policy
If your request to cancel is made within a 14-day period from the moment of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund, subject to the following conditions; If you cancel your booking within 48hours of the start time a £15 cancellation fee will be taken from the price paid. The remaining monies can be transferred to another session with the rest of the fee needed to be paid for another date and time agreed with us, or a refund of the remaining monies may be given upon request. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the start time a 50% cancellation fee will be taken from the price paid. The remaining 50% can be transferred to another session with the rest of the fee needed to be paid for another date and time agreed with us, or a refund of the remaining monies may be given upon request. If you cancel your booking within 1 hour of the start time there will be no refund and you will lose the full fee and will need to pay the full price for a new date and time. Sessions which have been booked and paid for will not be entitled to a refund after the 14- day period which started from the moment of purchase. If bookings are made through the online booking platform, refunds can take up to 14-days due to system processing times. See Terms and Conditions for more information.
